We are the first restaurant on the Macarthur Boulevard in Washington D.C. to offer vegetarian meat, prepared by chef-owner Mr. Huang himself. Mr Huang has over 30 years of experience in preparing vegetarian meat substitute. All vegetarian meat are prepared by vegetable and soya protein, and the flavor and consisteny are made to resemble meat products such as chicken, beef, pork and seafood. Vegetarian meat substitue is a healthy dietary choice.
